Court information

 The regional court is a main first instance court. It hears all cases except those, which are by law, heard by other types of courts. The court hears civil cases (family and labour cases, alimony cases, civil cases with a claim below BGN 25 000, partition of movable and immovable property, etc.), criminal and administrative- punitive cases.

The regional court hears cases in one-judge panel and in a one-judge and two jurors panel in cases provided for by the law.

The court is presided by a chairperson. There are two divisions formed- a civil one (2 panels) and a criminal one (2 panels).

In Radomir Regional Court there are 27 working places approved: 4 for magistrates, 1 for a state bailiff, 1 for a registry judge and 21 for court employees.

At present the proceedings are performed by 4 magistrates, 1 state bailiff, 1 registry judge and 21 court employees.
